Ursula Winter
With a record of more than 10 years of experience in Executive Search & Recruiting, I have a great deal of know-how in filling technical and specialist positions. Right from the start, my industry focus was on professional services firms.
I started my career in 2010 as a (senior) consultant in a renowned executive search personnel consultancy. Afterwards, I gained practical experience as a team leader in two boutique HR consultancies.
As a partner, I have entertained my own customer base and numerous existing customers since 2013.
In August 2022, I founded Winter Personalberatung based in Munich/Schwabing.
