Professional Background
As a recruitment specialist, I leverage over a decade of headhunting (Executive Search) and recruiting expertise—focused squarely on placing specialists, leaders, and niche experts. From the very start, my industry emphasis has been on professional services firms—an ecosystem I know inside out and hold in the highest regard.
My journey in recruitment began in 2011 at a prestigious consultancy, where I excelled as a (Senior) Consultant. In the years that followed, I took on team‐lead roles at two other leading HR boutiques, further sharpening my hands‐on know‑how and strategic insight.
Since 2015, I’ve been operating at partner level—building and nurturing my own client portfolio (many of whom have been with me for years) on the foundations of trust and outstanding results.
In August 2022, I founded Winter Personalberatung to bring this depth of expertise—and my genuine passion for people—to every engagement.

As a proud Münchner Kindl, I bring not only a deep passion for people but also solid expertise from my academic background in pedagogy and my Bachelor’s degree as a Professional of Human Resources Management. My profile is further enhanced by certification as a Management Trainer.
It’s very important to me to engage with people warmly and empathetically—always on equal footing and with open, transparent communication. My goal is to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clients and candidates founded on genuine partnership. I love the diversity of my assignments and consistently deliver bespoke solutions, fostering a positive momentum that motivates and drives everyone forward.
Privately, I find balance through travel, reading, hiking, swimming, and immersing myself in the worlds of wellness, design, and art. Indulgence is equally essential—whether savouring a delicious meal or enjoying a fine glass of wine or champagne.
